How to Order

DO NOT SEND credit card numbers over the internet via Email. Call us with credit card information. We do our best to protect your card numbers and we do not give out customer information for any reason.

Call SOS Computer Works during normal business hours (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM E.S.T.) Monday through Friday to place an order. If you wish, you can send us a fax or an email and we will phone you.  Let us know the part number or products you wish to purchase as well as the quantity. We accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. We can also accept check or money order but will not ship the product until payment has been received.

If you wish, we can calculate all costs and call you with a final total before you make your purchase. If product is not in stock, we will give you an estimate of delivery time. If product is in stock we usually ship the same or next business day. We will notify you about any problems or delays with your order via e-mail as soon as possible.
